On Monday, the High Court reconvened with the further hearing of the prosecution’s evidence against Christopher Okello Onyum, a man accused of killing four pre-school children at Ggaba Early Childhood Development Programme. The business of the day started with Assistant Inspector of Police Emmanuel Odongo, who revealed a trail of movements made by Okello using CCTV cameras to reconstruct his routes on the eve of the attack on the children and also on the fateful day. Below is a slightly edited court proceeding.
