dc.description.abstractMs. Aisha Nakazibwe and over 1,000 other vendors operate at Mityana Central Market in Mityana district move about half a kilometer away from their stalls to visit a toilet. The market place late hide a toilet facility in 2000 and it was it was puled down by the Mityana Municipal Council leaders. Mr. Isaiah Wadilibo, the Mityana Municipality health inspector, said the facility had been built in a wrong location.
