Abstract
The Electoral Commission will today hold elections for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) using the National Electoral College. According to Mr Paul Bukenya, the deputy spokesperson for the EC, voting will be conducted by secret ballot and will take place at Colline Hotel in Mukono.
