dc.description.abstractThe Inspector General of Police (IGP), Gen Kale Kayihura, has recalled Assistant Commissioner of Police (ASP) James Ruhweza from Elgon region in the east to Kampala in what is seen as a strategy to have him manage possible post-election violence. Mr Ruhweza has been appointed as Operations Commander Kampala Metropolitan.
