Abstract
Former Vice president Specioza Wandira Kazibwe has said she is ashamed of being part of the medical sector, which she said has since lost its former glory and now runs on 'mediocrity and lack of seriousness'. Dr. Kazibwe said the Health ministry has lost track of its core responsibilities, which has made it ineffective in fulfilling the demands of the population.
