Abstract
In 2016, the World Health Oganisation released new HIV and Aids treatment guidelines. One of the guideline is that treatment of all HIV infected individuals with antiretroviral drugs should start the moment the virus is detected irrespective if the stage of development or the patient's CD-4 cell count.
