dc.description.abstractA female student has sued the school seeking sh100m in compensation for rape that robed her of her virginity. Ms. Lydia Kamwine filed the suit against Namirembe Hillside High School along Gayaza road Wakiso district. In the particulars of the suit before high court in Kampala, Ms Kamwine contends that she was in Senior five when she was raped by a Senior six student, a one Geofrey Kalemera of the same school.
