dc.description.abstractThe office of the Prime Minister (OPM) has warned of destructive rainfall from February 19 to February 28, asking citizens to take necessary precaution measures. In the weather advisory alert released by OPM, heavy rainfall and flash flood risks are expected in western, central (Lake Victoria Basin) and eastern Uganda, especially Elgon and Bukedi regions.
