dc.description.abstractMPs on Parliament's committee on commissions, statutory authorities and state enterprises (COSASE), have directed the Rural electrification Agency (REA), together with Solicitor General, to recover sh3b from an electricity supply deal in western Uganda. Ferdsult had not paid any of the concession fees (sh420m) since the contract was signed.
