Abstract
For years, students at Kibuku Senior Secondary School in the eastern district of Kibuku have been holding classes in overcrowded but incomplete classroom structures, due to shortage of space. But that reality is set to change following a major infrastructure support worth Shs786 million, from government, which is aimed at transforming the learning environment.
