Abstract
Not many Ugandans go to hospital, until they feel ill, But Dr Joyce Moriku Kaducu, the Minister of state for Primary Health Care, says the behaviour ought to stop, arguing that one needs to visit a health facility on a regular basis, for medical checkups to keep track of their health status as a measure of keeping most diseases under check.
