dc.description.abstractSo this election came with something else. Social media can and will be turned off if it is a security threat. Then Ugandans can actually go off social media for hours and life still goes on. You know on voting day I woke up feeling so brilliant and I think I wrote the most eloquent piece I could about these elections. I was proud and happy.
