| dc.description.abstract | Independent presidential candidate Maureen Kyalya has conceded defeat, congratulating Mr Yoweri Museveni upon his victory in last Thursday's presidential elections. Ms Kyalya who polled 0.44 per cent of the vote was, however, quick to point out that there had been anomalies such as intimidation and voter bribery, but because her message had been one of peace, unity and cooperation, she was putting the concerns aside in the interest of Uganda. | |
