As a result, large sums of money are being used in vaccination and inclusion of synthetic drugs in the diet of poultry birds. In the recent years, the development of resistance to coccidiostats resulted to high costs of systematic vaccination and coccoidal synthetic drugs. Anticoccidial properties of various medicinal plants such as Moringa Oleifera (Moringa), Carthamus tinctorius (sun flower), Azidirachta indica (Neem), Bidens Pilosa (Black jack) and Aloe Vera supplements have been reported (Ljiljana Kostadinovic, 2019).
