The clock strikes midday as I enter Mulago National Referral Hospital's casualty ward. I am here to see a friend. Working in one of the wards. As l pass by the emergency room a faint cry for help stop me.
"Munyambe (help me)". Shouts a man from the VIP latrines opposite the room.
