    Parking Reservation System

    The increasing demand for effective monitoring and evaluation of a parking Reservation System has highlighted the limitations of traditional manual processes that rely on physical bookings. At Masese Park, this approach has been associated with inefficiencies such as loss or damage of records, incomplete entries, delayed supervisor feedback, and difficulties in consolidating data for assessment and getting booking areas. To address these challenges, this study deployed a web-Based Parking Reservation System aimed at providing a centralizes, automated, and user-friendly platform for recording, monitoring, and evaluating parking activities. The project employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which facilitated iterative prototyping and active involvement of stakeholders throughout the development cycle. Data requirements were gathered through interviews, literature review, and observation, ensuring that the system reflected both user needs and institutional requirements. The system was designed using Unified Modelling Language (UML) strategies to capture system processes, user interactions, and data flows in a structured manner. The implementation phase utilized HTML, CSS, JavaScript for developing interactive user interfaces, PHP, and MySQL for backend services. These were chosen for their interoperability, scalability, and suitability for web-based deployment. Following development, the system underwent testing and validation involving users (Drivers) and coordinators at Masese Park. The results demonstrated that the system effectively met its objectives by enabling digital logging of users and admins activities and ensuring real-time accessibility of records. Overall, the system successfully demonstrated the potential to replace manual parking activities at Masese Park with an automated solution that enhances accountability, reduces administrative workload, and improve he overall quality of internship monitoring and evaluation. This project therefore contributes both a practical tool and a methodological framework for institutions seeking to modernize parking management processes
