Abstract
Several women above 40years are increasingly accessing abortion services in the country, a senior gynaecolgist has revealed.
Dr charles Kiggundu from Mulago National Referral Hospital said the trend has taken the medical profession by surprise since it is usually the teenage pregnancies that are commonly terminated.
