Abstract
A traffic jam in the city last Friday tempted Peter Lukwata, a driver for a Ministry of Health ambulance, to give a lift to passengers in the ambulance. But his plan were foiled when the police intercepted the ambulance, registration number UG 4639M at Nateete, a city suburb.
