Abstract
The Ministry of Health has said it has contained bird flu which had started spreading in Wakiso, Masaka and Kalangala districts earlier this month.
Some local leaders in Bukakata have dismissed reports of bird flu outbreak in their area, arguing that it was a creation of some officials in government to fleece tax payers money.
