Abstract
The young people of Uganda have been advised to take charge of their lives and seriously say 'no' to sexual relationships, alcohol, drug abuse and living reckless lives.
The First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports, Mrs Janet Museveni, urged the young girls and boys to commit to keeping away from sexual relationships and messing up their lives at a tender age.
