Abstract
Kasese district authorities have stopped the construction of a sh66m classroom block at Kihyo primary school in Buhuhira sub-county over shoddy work. The district internal security organisation officer (DISO), Lt Johnson Tashobya, issued the directive on Wednesday at the school.
