Abstract
World Hepatitis Day will be commemorated on Friday. The day focuses on increasing awareness about hepatitis, so as to eliminate the disease by 2030 as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) targets. As such, Vision Group is publishing a series of articles on the condition. Today, Lillian N. Magezi analyses how far the Government has gone in dealing with the condition and points out the gaps that need to be addressed.
