Abstract
Mr Charles Kalazani walked to Buikwe District tally centre hoping to have his results read out and later declared new Member of Parliament for Buikwe North Constituency last Saturday, but this was not to be.
Mr Kalazani, who was an FDC candidate in the race, had stood up inside the tally centre to raise a complain as to why the declaration forms he had were different from the ones the Electoral Commission received.
