Abstract
Elections for LC5 chairpersons and councillors in Bushenyi and Mbarara districts have registered low voter turnout. The polling stations in Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipality Daily Monitor visited between 9.30am–10.30am had only three to eight people queuing.
