The High Court Commercial Division has granted a temporary injunction restraining KCB Bank (Uganda) Ltd from selling or otherwise dealing with the Kololo home of the late Cedric Ndilima Babu, pending determination of a substantive suit over a disputed mortgage protection insurance policy.
