Abstract
Road users of the Lira- Soroti- Mbale highway have describe as the narrowing of the carriageway during ongoing rehabilitation works, saying the changes have made overtaking more risky. The 340-kilometer stretch from Lira to Tororo is being rehabilitated by Portuguese construction firm Mota-Engil under a contract signed with the government in 2018.
