Abstract
The defence ministers from the East African Community (EAC) have ratified the defence pact for co-operation on security. The ministers from Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan, ratified the pact recently at the Pearl of Africa Hotel in Kampala, during the closure of the 27th meeting of the EAC sectoral council on co-operation in defence.
