Abstract
The Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II, has said the death of Deputy Chief Justice emeritus, Laetitia Mukasa-Kikonyogo, has robed Buganda and Uganda of a great person, who served the country dedicatedly and faithfully.
"Kikonyogo has been instrumental in the development of Buganda and; indeed the whole Uganda. She has been a hardworking and faithful person. It is without doubt that it was on these merits that the Holy See chose her to be the first Ugandan Papal Dame," the Kabaka said.
