dc.description.abstractFloods have cut off the Butaleja-Mbale road, making the route impassable. The banks of river Manafwa, which flows through Butaleja district, burst yesterday morning, causing heavy floods at Doho Rice scheme after two days of rainfall in most parts of the district.
