dc.description.abstractPolice have told the Forum for Democratic Change to disband Power-10, a grouping of 10 people per village, which the party says mobilise support for its candidate and will protect votes on election day. The Inspector General of Police, Gen. Kale Kayihura, said FDC officials have been officially informed about the disbandment of what he called a militia.
