Abstract
The speaker of Parliament, Ms. Rebecca Kadaga, has rejected the East African Court of Justice (EACJ's) interim injunction that restrains Uganda from taxing British American Tobacco Uganda. (BATU).
Ms Kadaga said the injunction is an attack on Uganda's sovereignty.
