Abstract
Residents of Nyakitunda sub-county in Isingiro South went through a stern test on Sunday evening when heavy rains hit their area killing two children and causing losses in millions of shillings. Deus Mutambuka, the sub-county chairman, said the rain started late evening and lasted over four hours.
