Abstract
The Police in Kabamba sub-county, Kagadi district, are investigating the circumstances under which poisoned porridge was served to over 100 parents during a speech day at a school.
Sarapio Kaahwa, the officer-in-charge of Kabamba Police post, said Kisembo Namanya, the headteacher of Kiryanjagi Young Star Nursery and Primary School, hired Allen Turyasiima to prepare the porridge for the function which took place on Friday.
