dc.description.abstractWith the growing concern over post-February 18 tension in the country, police authorities have reiterated that "everything is under control" for now, however, there are some 15 key districts to watch during or after Thursday's polls. Police spokesperson Fred Enanga listed Butaleja, Sironko, Mbale, Isingiro, Ntungamo, Gulu, Sembabule, Masaka, Kasese, and Ntoroko as hotspots.
