dc.description.abstractTeacher in Kiboga and Amolatar districts have asked government to create better reforms in the education system that empower them to make decisions. Under their umbrella Uganda National Teacher's Union (UNATU) Kiboga branch, the teachers asked to actively participate in the development of the new curriculum, courses, teaching aids and policy process.
