Abstract
News is that the government is set to construct national refined oils storage facility in Mpigi district, which is a non-oil producing area, but a large fuel consumption centre. This is a good idea. The government that encourages the teaching of sciences yet it appears that it does not make use if the scientists in making critical decisions such as this one.
