Abstract
Located in Kamokol village, Karenga sub-county in Kaabong district, Doreen Imen's vast land sits adjacent to Kidepo Valley National Park. To live sustainably close to a national park, as she puts it, requires surplus levels of endurance. Imen says this arises from the recurrent human-wildlife conflict.
