Abstract
On February 16, 14 year old Caroline Najjuma left her sister's home in Busega, Wakiso district in the wee hours of the morning. She was given money for taxi fare to board a vehicle to Mukono district, where she was supposed to join a school for her senior one. she did not reach her destination.
