Abstract
KIGALI. Security operatives raided Nation Media Group premises in Kigali yesterday and arrested staff journalist Ivan R Mugisha, under unclear circumstances. Although the operatives only had search warrants for both Mr Mugisha and another staff journalist Johnson Kanamugire, they arrested only Mugisha, who was in office.
