dc.description.abstractThe agriculture ministry has asked sh10b to procure vehicles and motorcycles for extension workers, according to the proposed 2018/2019 budget framework. The agriculture minister, Vincent Ssempijja, said this is intent to help 3,800 extension workers in different parts of the country to reach out to many farmers and advise them on best farming practices.
