Abstract
A 19-year-old youth from Buyenda district is nursing an amputated left hand after falling prey to bandits who chopped it off during a cash robbing spree. Abbey Kibalya, who is currently hospitalised at Kamuli Hospital in Kamuli district, met his fate a few days to the Christmas, when five thugs pounced on him with sticks and a panga.
