Abstract
The Government is investing close to $1b in the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) that will carry crude oil from Hoima to Tanga port in Tanzania. Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC) will acquire a cool 40% in the oil refinery and 15% in the pipeline.
