dc.description.abstractIn 2014, Henry Sserugo, 23, joined Makerere University to pursue bachelor's degree in Development Economics. During his first year, Sserugo lost his father Joseph Bagundidde who was his main sponsor at university. While contemplating the next move, the third born in the family of six was advised by his paternal uncle to join him in the business of selling silver fish known among Ugandans as mukene.
