Abstract
The parliamentary aspirant for Budadiri East in Sironko District, Mr Rogers Wadada, has written to Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kale Kayihura demanding the immediate transfer of the district police commander (DPC) over allegations of meddling in campaigns.
In a February 8 letter, Mr Wadada alleges that Mr Moses Nanoka actively campaigned for the NRM flag bearer, Mr Vincent Waboya, in the primaries.
