dc.description.abstractThe late Kalangala District Woman Member of Parliament, Hellen Nakimuli, remained resolute in the face of illness until her final moments, her family has revealed. Speaking during a special sitting of Kalangala District Council convened in her honour on Tuesday, Nakimuli's sister and caretaker Irene Nampala said the legislator expressed confidence that she would survive the operation that ultimately claimed her life.
