"In the fight against HIV, everyone has to play their part. Doctors or clinicians ahve to make the right call, do the right prescriptions and follow-up patients. They have to take medication as prescribed. There shouldn't be any playing," he said.
But as the doctors' strike continues, who knows what gains would have been undone by the time it ends.
