dc.description.abstractNon-performing public servants at the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development have been told to improve their performance or face the axe under the new government plan. Communicating the Cabinet directive to the public servants at ministry of Gender, the ministry's Permanent Secretary, Mr Pius Bigirimana, told ministry employees last week, that with effect from next month, the performance appraisals will be strictly implemented.
