Abstract
Police in Kigezi are investigating circumstances under which three people were murdered in Rukungiri and Kanungu districts. Brenda Akankwasa, 13, a pupil at Rukungiri Muslim Primary school was allegedly raped by a man only identified as Kinayenzire, 22, after which he is said to have hacked her to death using an axe.
