Abstract
A suspect in the murder of former Police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi has claimed that army officers forced him to drink hot water when he refused to confess to the murder. Yusuf Nyanzi's claims are contained in a suit filed yesterday at the Civil Division of the High Court in Kampala.
