Abstract
The Inspector General of Government (IGG) has given 14 days to 202 government officials to pay back money totalling Shs2.3b they allegedly misappropriated form the state. In a directive seen by this publication, IGG Aisha Naluzze Batala asked the affected officials to report to the watch-dog and reconcile their outstanding balances by March 31 or face prosecution.
